The Centre for Innovative Therapy in Brno, operated by Klinika Podané ruce s.r.o., offers Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) in English. We specialise in the treatment of mental health difficulties, including depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, and addictions, with a particular focus on adults and young adults.
How to Proceed if You Are an English-Speaking Client?
1. Contact Us:

2. Complete the Initial Questionnaire:
After your initial contact, we will send you a questionnaire to assess whether KAP may be appropriate for you.
3. Online Consultation:
The full therapeutic process usually takes 4 to 6 weeks.
4. Examinations:
This is followed by psychiatric, psychological, and internal assessments to confirm that the treatment is safe and suitable for you.
5. Therapy:
If you are approved for treatment, the therapeutic process includes:
- Two preparatory psychotherapy sessions
- One ketamine administration session under professional supervision
- Three integration sessions following the ketamine session
6. Treatment Duration:
The full therapeutic process usually takes 4 to 6 weeks.
Who Can and Cannot Undergo KAP?
Suitable candidates
- Individuals experiencing severe depression, anxiety disorders, or PTSD
- People who have not responded to traditional treatments
Unsuitable Candidates
- People with heart conditions, increased intracranial pressure, glaucoma, hyperthyroidism, pheochromocytoma, or severe liver impairment
- Pregnant women
- Individuals with psychotic disorder
- People with active substance-use disorders

Price list of services
At the Centre for Innovative Therapy, operated by Klinika Podané ruce, we are committed to providing high-quality therapeutic services, including Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), for clients in both Czech and English.
Please note that care provided in English is charged at a 25% higher rate than services provided in Czech. This helps us maintain the highest standards of support and care for our international clients.
Our services are designed to address a wide range of therapeutic needs: from initial consultations to ketamine-assisted sessions, followed by integration support. The price list below provides detailed information about each service.
- Telephone or online consultation: EUR 25
- Initial examination by a psychiatrist (up to 90 minutes): EUR 150
- Examination by a psychiatric nurse (30 minutes): EUR 25
- Preparatory non-substance session (90 minutes): EUR 125
- Medium- or high-dose ketamine session (3 hours): EUR 1,025
- Integration session (60 minutes): EUR 125
Total package price (excluding internal examination): EUR 2,080
